Dear Guy, 

It has been over 30 days since the close my escrow and I should have written this letter 29 days ago! 

I want thank you and your staff especially Lina Kalcheva for making the sale of my house the most convenient of all tasks I had to complete before moving to Colorado. 

I’m a planner by nature and organization is something I am very particular about. I had interviewed several Real Estate Agencies as well as Individual Agents. None of them even compared to the expertise you brought to the table. You and Lina came to my home well-prepared, professional, full of helpful advice, and you had answers to all of my drilling questions. Your senses of humor allowed us to immediately connect, and I knew right away you two were the right people for the job.  

I’m a firm believer in doing business with people who “do what they say they are going to do”. You came into my home with that attitude and carried it through to the end. You and your staff never let me down. I must have called Lina a hundred times during those 30 days, and never once did she make me feel as though I was a bother. Even though I knew her plate was full, she always returned my calls with enthusiasm and eagerness to help. 

Not only did you bring all of this to the table, most importantly you brought qualified buyers to my home and sold it for far more than I imagined in less than 30 days!! I was skeptical, but you and Lina have changed my belief system regarding Real Estate Agents. If you can’t sell my house in Colorado, your organization will be a tough act to follow! 

I will not hesitate to refer anybody I know to you and your team.
